We look for projects before they become easy-to-find mass-market listings.
Information in traditional property catalogues is updated at different intervals and does not always reflect a project's current state. Noraket™ is being built as a living information platform that checks known projects within its current coverage and searches for new ones every day. This daily monitoring helps us discover projects earlier, verify facts, track changes, preserve supporting evidence, and show uncertainty instead of hiding it.
Noraket follows the whole lifecycle of a development — from early signals and permitting, through pre-sales and construction, to completion. The goal is to make a fragmented market understandable on one map.
We look for projects before they become easy-to-find mass-market listings.
Known sources are checked repeatedly so price, stage, handover and other facts can stay current.
Important facts keep their source URL and observation date instead of becoming anonymous database entries.
When a fact changes, the old state is preserved. A newer value should not erase the story of how the project evolved.
Projects are tied to real coordinates and official municipal boundaries, not just marketing claims about a neighborhood.
If location, identity or lifecycle status is not fully verified, Noraket shows a warning rather than pretending certainty.
Official records, developer sites, GIS, project pages, specialist catalogues and other market signals feed the discovery layer.
Names, addresses, developer roles, coordinates and facts are cross-checked. Primary evidence is preferred whenever available.
Different wording and formats are converted into a consistent structure that can actually be compared.
New observations are compared with the previous state. A changed webpage alone is not treated as a changed project fact.
The result is presented in plain language, with sources, dates, confidence and context instead of a pile of raw records.
Secondary sources are useful for finding things. When a primary or official source exists, it carries more weight.
Backed by strong primary or official evidence.
Multiple strong signals agree, though one element may still await primary confirmation.
A useful market signal exists, but an important fact is still unresolved.
Something may be emerging. We track it without presenting it as an established project.
Noraket is designed to connect a development to its district, nearby context, construction stage, price history, payment terms, permits, source documents, dated imagery and environmental context. Air-quality data, for example, is shown with the monitor name, measurement time and distance to the project.
The geographic model is now built around Armenia → Region → City → District → Project. Yerevan remains the deepest current dataset, while the same monitoring and verification model now extends across Armenia.

Advertising does not affect project verification, publication status, the “!” warning, position on the map, or Noraket™ conclusions. Advertisers may purchase visibility, but they cannot change independent project data.
Each report uses the same verified analytics source as Platform Activity and contains aggregated, privacy-safe indicators.
Public audience figures will appear only after a meaningful verified dataset has been collected. During the collection stage, available verified campaign results are provided directly in the advertiser’s monthly report.
Current values stay traceable; verified changes become history rather than silent overwrites.
No additional published price range is linked yet.
No verified installment terms are linked yet.
Light green shows milestones already reached in the lifecycle model; bright green is the current tracked stage. Sales can continue while construction is underway.
Nearest-station data will include monitor name, time and distance.
Air-quality sourceImportant facts should be traceable to where they came from and when they were observed.
